Cut the white tuna, whose meat is more juicy, into slices and roll it in flour, fry it in olive oil. Place it in a low vessel with oil and cook it. Add salt, pepper, garlic, skinned tomatoes, parsley and laurel. In the fried oil place the sauce from flour and pelati and then add it to the tuna. Let it all boil for ten minutes. Leave to cool ans serve warm with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
