British singer and songwriter Seal held a two-hour concert in Zadar on 14th July 2010 in front of an audience of a couple of thousand people, whom he kept thanking in Croatian…

One of the greatest British music artists Seal held a concert outside the sports hall Jazine where Zucchero and Lenny Kravitz performed previously. Like a true top performer he kept his audience on their feet for the entire two-hour show regularly calling on them to sing and dance, flirting with the girls in the front rows – often in Croatian.

Seal opened the concert with his legendary hits "Papa Was a Rollin´ Stone" and "It´s a Man´s World" followed by a choice of older and newer songs from his successful musical career. The most beautiful and romantic moment of the concert was during the performance of the well-known ballad "Kiss from a Rose“ accompanied by the singing audience as well as numerous lights of lighters and mobile phones.

Unfortunately, Seal did not take the planned sightseeing tour of the city due to the overwhelming interest of photographers and journalists who pursued his every move. Nevertheless, he enjoyed a pleasant stay in the presidential suite of a Zadar hotel where he experienced the flavours of home-grown fruits and vegetables as well as the renowned Dalmatian dry-cured ham.
